Still others associate Central with a community that celebrates diversity and welcomes the stranger until he or she is a stranger no more.

Central's roots go back to the very beginning of Atlanta's life, but we are also a church that is remarkably contemporary. Most importantly, we strive to be attentive to how and where God may be leading us to follow our Lord Jesus Christ in this day and time. From our location at the corner of Power and Powerlessness, we seek to be empowered by the fresh winds of God's Spirit that are blowing in this place even now!
